As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without having to provide a reason.

Since our products are made specifically after ordering, we ask you to handle your order carefully and preferably return products in their original condition and packaging.

You may of course view and try on a product, just as you would in a physical store.

Do you want to return a product? Then please contact us within 14 days of receipt via the contact form.

Include your order number and which products you wish to return.

After your return notification, you will receive further instructions and the correct return address from us.

Do not simply return your order to the address on the shipping label. This is not always the correct return address.

After your return notification, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

Most products from our collection can be returned.

However, there are some exceptions, including:

• Products that have been customized or personalized according to your specific wishes.

• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery.

When a product is excluded from the right of withdrawal, we clearly indicate this with the respective product.

The shipping costs for returning an order are at your own expense.

The exact costs depend on the carrier, the size of the package, and the country from which you are returning.

You can choose a suitable carrier yourself. We recommend sending your return shipment with Track & Trace so that you can track the package.

If there is something wrong with your order or you received the wrong product? Then we will of course provide a suitable solution at no extra cost to you.

As soon as you have reported your return, we will process the refund within the legal timeframe.

You will receive the purchase amount and, when you return the entire order, the original standard shipping costs back.

We will refund you no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notification. We may wait until we have received the returned products or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them back.

The refund will be made via the same payment method you used to place the order, unless we agree otherwise.

Since our products are made specifically to order, we cannot directly exchange items.

You can return the original product according to our return policy and then place a new order in the desired size or version.

We will look into what went wrong and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement product or refund.

Have you changed your mind and want to cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible.

Our products are specially produced after ordering. Therefore, we cannot always stop an order once production has started.

This does not affect your possible legal right of withdrawal after receiving your order.
