Terms and Conditions Cadenza Goods

Last updated: October 6, 2026

Article 1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

  1. Cadenza Goods: the webshop of Leweb, located at Gasthuisstraat 105, 5331 BK Kerkdriel, Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 11050745.
  2. Customer: any natural person or legal entity who enters into an agreement with Cadenza Goods via the webshop.
  3. Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes that are outside his or her trade or professional activity.
  4. Agreement: any agreement between Cadenza Goods and the customer that is established via the webshop.
  5. Product: any physical product offered via Cadenza Goods.
  6. Webshop: the website of Cadenza Goods at www.cadenzagoods.com.
  7. Print on demand: a production method where a product is produced wholly or partially after an order is placed.

Article 2. Identity of the entrepreneur

Article 3. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Cadenza Goods and to every agreement established via the webshop between Cadenza Goods and the customer.

Before placing an order, the customer is given the opportunity to review these terms and conditions.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions that are applicable at the time of the order.

When a provision of these terms and conditions conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the applicable mandatory consumer law remains in effect.

Article 4. The offer

Cadenza Goods makes every effort to describe and depict products as completely, clearly, and accurately as possible.

Product images, photos, mockups, colors, and examples are intended to give the best possible impression of the product. The actual color and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, material, background, printing technique, and the production process.

Such normal and limited production differences are not automatically considered a defect, as long as the delivered product reasonably corresponds to what the customer could expect based on the product description.

An obvious mistake, typographical error, technical error, or evident pricing error does not bind Cadenza Goods when the customer could reasonably have understood that there was an error.

Article 5. Formation of the agreement

The agreement is formed after the customer has placed the order via the webshop and Cadenza Goods has confirmed the order.

The electronic confirmation of receipt means that the order has been received by the system. If a product unexpectedly turns out to be unavailable or if the execution of the order is reasonably impossible, Cadenza Goods can cancel the order. Any amounts already paid for the relevant product will be refunded in that case.

The customer is responsible for providing correct name, address, contact, and delivery details.

Additional costs as a direct result of incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer may, to the extent permitted by law, be charged to the customer.

Article 6. Print on demand

A large part of the products from Cadenza Goods is produced according to the print on demand principle.

This means that the product is usually only produced after the customer has placed an order.

Cadenza Goods uses Printful and production and logistics partners engaged by Printful for production and fulfillment.

The production location may vary by product, size, color, stock availability, and delivery destination. Different products from one order may therefore be produced and shipped separately.

The fact that a standard product is only produced after an order is placed does not in itself mean that the legal right of withdrawal of a consumer is void.

Article 7. Personalized products and custom work

For products that are manufactured according to the customer's specifications and that are not produced in advance based on a standard choice, or that have a clearly personal character, the legal right of withdrawal may be excluded.

This may apply, for example, to products on which a personal name, custom text, custom image, custom design, or other individual personalization is applied at the customer's request.

When a product falls under this legal exception, this will be clearly indicated where possible before placing the order.

The exception does not apply solely because a standard product is produced via print on demand after receipt of the order.

Article 8. Prices

The prices displayed in the webshop are the prices that apply at the time of ordering, subject to obvious errors.

Where applicable, taxes are calculated during the ordering process or included in the displayed price. The final price and any shipping costs will be displayed before the order is definitively placed.

For international orders, depending on the destination country, import duties, customs fees, local taxes, or other charges may be due.

When these costs are not collected by Cadenza Goods during checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Cadenza Goods has no influence over the amount of import duties, local taxes, or customs fees imposed by authorities in the destination country.

Article 9. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods available during checkout.

Cadenza Goods may use, among others:

  • Mollie;
  • PayPal;
  • Klarna;
  • credit card payments;
  • other payment methods offered in the webshop.

The use of a specific payment method may also be subject to the terms of the relevant payment service provider.

Cadenza Goods may suspend an order as long as payment has not been received or approved by the payment service provider.

When using a payment method that allows for payment afterwards, additional terms, acceptance criteria, and checks from the payment service provider may apply.

Article 10. Production and Delivery Times

Since many products are specially produced after ordering, the total delivery time usually consists of a production time and a shipping time.

The production and delivery times stated on the webshop are indications, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed upon.

The exact delivery time may depend on, among other things:

  • the chosen product;
  • the chosen size and variant;
  • the production location;
  • the delivery destination;
  • the carrier;
  • holidays and busy periods;
  • customs handling;
  • circumstances at production or logistics partners.

For consumers, the legal rules regarding delivery always apply. When no other delivery time has been agreed upon, the order will be delivered within the legally prescribed period.

If delivery within the agreed period proves impossible, the customer will be informed and the customer's legal rights regarding delayed delivery will apply.

Article 11. Shipping

Orders are produced and shipped from various locations worldwide.

Cadenza Goods may use different carriers. The carrier depends, among other things, on the production location, the type of product, and the destination country.

Products from the same order may be delivered in multiple packages and at different times.

When tracking is available, the customer usually receives a track & trace link or other shipping information.

Article 12. Risk During Shipping

In sales to consumers, the risk of damage or loss during transport remains with Cadenza Goods until the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer who is not the carrier, has received the product.

This is different when the consumer engages a carrier that is not offered by Cadenza Goods as a shipping option, to the extent permitted by law.

Article 13. Incorrect Delivery Information and Uncollected Shipments

The customer is responsible for checking the delivery address before placing the order.

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete address, Cadenza Goods may charge reasonable additional costs for a new shipment, to the extent permitted by law.

The same may apply when a shipment is not collected in time at a pickup point and is returned for that reason.

This provision does not affect legal consumer rights.

Article 14. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer who purchases a product at a distance has, in principle, the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day after the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer who is not the carrier, has received the product.

When multiple products from one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period in cases where the law provides for this begins on the day after the last product is received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must clearly inform Cadenza Goods within the withdrawal period that he or she wishes to withdraw from the agreement.

This can be done via email at info@cadenzagoods.com or by using the model withdrawal form at the bottom of these terms.

The use of the model form is not mandatory.

Article 15. Returning After Withdrawal

After notifying the withdrawal, the consumer must return the product no later than 14 days.

For return instructions, please contact info@cadenzagoods.com.

If no other return address is provided, correspondence regarding the return can take place via:

Cadenza Goods / Leweb
Gasthuisstraat 105
5331 BK Kerkdriel
Netherlands

The direct costs of returning in the case of a normal withdrawal are for the account of the consumer, unless Cadenza Goods expressly indicates that it will bear these costs or the law provides otherwise.

We advise to carefully package a return shipment and use a shipping method with proof of shipment.

Article 16. Refund After Withdrawal

If the consumer legally revokes the entire agreement, Cadenza Goods will refund all payments received from the consumer for the relevant agreement, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered by Cadenza Goods.

If the consumer has explicitly chosen a more expensive shipping method than the cheapest standard delivery, Cadenza Goods is not required to refund the difference in shipping costs.

The refund will take place no later than 14 days after receipt of the revocation notice.

Cadenza Goods may wait to refund until the product has been received or until the consumer demonstrates that the product has been returned, depending on which moment occurs first.

The refund will generally be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 17. Diminution in value upon return

During the reflection period, the consumer may inspect and assess the product as would reasonably be possible in a physical store.

The consumer is only liable for depreciation when the product has been used beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

For clothing, for example, the consumer may try on the product, but not wear it for an extended period, wash it, or use it intensively.

Article 18. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be excluded under the law for products that:

  • have been manufactured according to the consumer's specific instructions;
  • are clearly personalized;
  • have a personal character that makes them unsuitable for resale;
  • fall under another legal exception to the right of withdrawal.

A standard product from the regular assortment that is produced only after ordering is not automatically considered personalized custom work solely due to the print on demand production process.

Article 19. Damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products

If a product arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or does not match what was ordered, we ask the customer to contact us as soon as possible via info@cadenzagoods.com.

Please preferably include the order number and a clear description of the problem. We may request photos of the product and packaging to assess the issue and report it to our production or shipping partner.

Requesting photos or additional information does not limit the legal rights of a consumer.

When there is a defect or incorrect delivery for which Cadenza Goods is responsible, an appropriate legal remedy will be provided. Depending on the circumstances, this may consist of free repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

The necessary costs for repairing a defect for which Cadenza Goods is legally responsible will not be borne by the consumer.

Article 20. Legal warranty and conformity

All products are subject to the legal conformity regulation.

This means that a product must meet what the customer can reasonably expect based on the agreement, product description, and applicable law.

The legal rights of consumers cannot be limited by a commercial guarantee, manufacturer’s warranty, or terms of a production partner.

For consumers within the European Union, at least the legal protection arising from applicable European and national consumer law applies.

When mandatory consumer legislation in the country where the consumer resides provides broader protection, that protection remains applicable to the extent prescribed by law.

Article 21. Normal differences in printed products

In print on demand products, small differences may occur between individual productions.

For example, limited differences may occur in:

  • color representation;
  • placement of the print;
  • dimensions of the print;
  • texture of the material;
  • color of the background;
  • cutout in all over print products.

Colors may also be displayed differently on a screen than on the physical product.

Normal and minor production differences do not constitute a defect when the product otherwise corresponds to what could reasonably be expected.

This provision does not limit the legal conformity rights of the consumer when there is a substantial deviation.

Article 22. Sizes and fit

For clothing and other products where dimensions are relevant, we advise the customer to check the available size chart and product information before ordering.

Dimensions may vary slightly within usual production tolerances.

A wrongly chosen standard size does not exclude the legal right of withdrawal of a consumer when that right is applicable under the law.

Article 23. Care and use

The customer must follow any washing, maintenance, usage, and safety instructions for the product.

Cadenza Goods is not responsible for damage that is solely caused by incorrect use, normal wear and tear, incorrect washing, incorrect maintenance, or use contrary to clear product instructions, to the extent that this exclusion is permitted by law.

Article 24. Intellectual property rights

All designs, images, illustrations, texts, photos, logos, product presentations, and other creative works on the webshop are protected by intellectual property rights of Cadenza Goods, Leweb, or the relevant rights holder.

Without prior written consent, it is not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially use, resell, or otherwise publicly disclose these materials, except where legally permitted.

The purchase of a physical product does not include the transfer or license of the associated intellectual property rights.

Article 25. Personal designs and customer-supplied material

When Cadenza Goods offers customers the opportunity to submit their own images, texts, or designs in the future, the customer guarantees that they are entitled to use this material.

The customer may not submit material that infringes copyright, trademark rights, portrait rights, or other third-party rights, or that is otherwise unlawful.

Cadenza Goods may refuse an order when there is reasonable suspicion that the submitted material is unlawful or infringes third-party rights.

Article 26. Cancellation before production

Because print-on-demand orders are often automatically sent to production shortly after receipt, an order may sometimes no longer be operationally changed or canceled once production has started.

In case of an error in an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cadenzagoods.com.

When production has not yet started, Cadenza Goods will try to adjust or cancel the order where reasonably possible.

This practical limitation of the production process does not affect the legal right of withdrawal that a consumer has after concluding the agreement when no legal exception applies.

Article 27. Force majeure and circumstances beyond our control

Cadenza Goods is not liable for delays or shortcomings that are solely caused by circumstances that Cadenza Goods cannot reasonably influence, to the extent that the law allows such exclusion.

This may include natural disasters, war, strikes, disruptions in international transport networks, government measures, serious technical failures, and other extraordinary circumstances.

Cadenza Goods will make efforts in such situations to minimize the consequences for the customer as much as possible.

This provision does not limit mandatory legal consumer rights.

Article 28. Liability

Cadenza Goods is liable for damages to the extent that this liability arises from mandatory law.

Cadenza Goods is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage resulting from improper use of a product, to the extent that such limitation is legally permitted.

Nothing in these general terms and conditions excludes liability when exclusion or limitation thereof is not permitted by mandatory law.

Article 29. Reviews

Customers can leave a review about a product when this functionality is available.

Reviews must relate to an actual experience with the product in question and may not contain unlawful, discriminatory, threatening, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Cadenza Goods may remove or moderate reviews when there is a justified reason, such as spam, insults, personal data of third parties, or content that does not relate to the product.

Cadenza Goods will not treat positive and negative reviews differently solely because of the given rating.

Article 30. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes, promotions, and offers are valid for the specified period and under the specified conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined.

Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to already completed orders, unless Cadenza Goods agrees to this.

Cadenza Goods may block a discount code in cases of abuse, fraud, or an apparent technical error.

Article 31. Gift cards

When Cadenza Goods offers gift cards, the specific validity period and usage conditions will be stated on the gift card.

Additionally, the legal rules applicable in the consumer's country apply to gift cards.

Article 32. Complaints

Complaints about an order, product, or service can be submitted via:

info@cadenzagoods.com

Please preferably include the order number and a clear description of the complaint.

Cadenza Goods will try to respond to complaints as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days. If more time is needed for investigation, the customer will receive an acknowledgment of receipt or progress report within this period.

Article 33. International sales

Cadenza Goods sells products to customers in various countries.

The availability of products, shipping methods, and payment methods may vary by country.

The customer is responsible for any local restrictions on the import or use of a product, to the extent that this can reasonably be expected of the customer.

Mandatory consumer protection applicable under the law of the country where the consumer has their habitual residence is not excluded by these general terms and conditions.

Article 34. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to agreements with Cadenza Goods.

This choice of law does not result in a consumer losing the protection of mandatory provisions of the law that would apply without this choice of law.

Article 35. Disputes

The parties will first attempt to resolve a dispute amicably.

If this fails, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court according to the applicable law.

For consumers, this provision does not detract from the right to submit a dispute to a court that is competent under mandatory consumer law.

Article 36. Privacy

Cadenza Goods processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and the privacy statement available on the webshop.

The privacy statement of Cadenza Goods is not part of these general terms and conditions but contains information on how personal data is processed.

Article 37. Amendment of the general terms and conditions

Cadenza Goods may amend these general terms and conditions from time to time, for example due to changes in legislation, business operations, or services.

For an order, the terms that the customer agreed to at the time of placing that order apply in principle.

The most recent version of the general terms and conditions will be published on www.cadenzagoods.com.

Article 38. Severability

If one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions are wholly or partially null and void, voidable, or otherwise unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

The invalid provision will be replaced, as far as possible, by a valid provision that closely aligns with the purpose and intent of the original provision and applicable legislation.
