Some products are made and shipped from different locations. This means that your order may be delivered in multiple packages and on different days.

Wash your clothing inside out at a maximum of 30 degrees with similar colors. Do not use bleach, do not iron over the print, and preferably let the garment air dry. This way, your design will stay beautiful longer.

Our enamel mugs have a characteristic appearance and require a little extra attention.

Note: Do not heat liquids or food directly in the mug. This can damage the coating.

When used with coffee, tea, or natural fruit juices, stains may develop over time. This is a normal characteristic of enamel. Due to the slightly rough and porous surface, color particles can adhere to the mug.

Any stains can usually be removed with a bit of lemon juice or baking soda and a sturdy sponge. Scrub gently to avoid damaging the coating.

Yes. As a consumer, you generally have 14 days after receipt to revoke your purchase. Exceptions may apply for certain personalized products.

Fill out our contact form within 14 days of receipt and mention your order number. You will then receive the return instructions and the correct return address.

The shipping costs for returning are at your own expense. Is your order damaged or incorrectly delivered? Then we will provide a suitable solution free of charge.

Directly exchanging is unfortunately not possible, as our products are made to order. You can return the product and then place a new order in the desired size or version.

We will refund you no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notification. We may wait until we have received your return or until you have demonstrated that you have sent it back.
