Each product is specially printed for you after your order is received. We do not keep stock. This way, we only make what is actually worn or used and prevent overproduction and waste. It does mean that your order is produced first before it is shipped.
Our products are typically made within 2 to 5 working days. After that, your order is shipped. The delivery time depends on the product and the destination.

The shipping costs are visible in your cart and at checkout, before you pay. We also ship internationally. If you order from outside the EU, customs may charge import duties or taxes. Those costs are for the recipient.
Yes. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code. Did you order multiple products? They may arrive in separate packages and on different days, as not every product is made at the same location.
Email as soon as possible to info@cadenzagoods.com with your order number. As long as production has not yet started, we will adjust or cancel your order. If your product is already in production, changes are no longer possible.
Yes. For our products with standard designs, there is a legal cooling-off period of 14 days from the day after receipt. Do you want to return a product? Please notify us within 14 days of receipt via info@cadenzagoods.com. You then have another 14 days to send the product back. The costs for returning are at your own expense. With a valid cancellation, you will receive the purchase amount back, including the standard shipping costs if you return the entire order. We will refund you within 14 days after your return notification. We may wait until we have received the product or proof of return.
We will resolve this for you. Email within 30 days of receipt to info@cadenzagoods.com with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. You will then receive a new copy free of charge or your money back.
On the product page, you will find a size chart with the dimensions for each size. Lay a piece of clothing that fits you well flat, measure the width and length, and compare it with the chart. Choose the right size carefully, as each product is made especially for you.
Wash the garment inside out at a maximum of 30 degrees with similar colors. Do not use bleach, do not iron over the print, and let it air dry. This way, the print will stay nice for the longest time.
